Highly Recommended - Wonderful Individualized Customer Service-
In today's online environment, one doesn't expect the kind of customer service I experienced with the store my purchase came from. When my first order was lost during shipping, I received first-rate individualized and prompt attention. I never had to wait for an email response minutes only and was able to communicate with the store in a conversational manner back and forth until an issue was resolved/decided on. I was very surprised! I haven't experienced this online before. I especially value this since I'm not very computer literate and get easily frustrated. I feel I received better customer service with this online store than I have when I'm actually physically shopping in a local store. They have set the standard for me. I'll judge all future online interactions against this one and will be surprised if anyone online or otherwisecan or will provide better customer service than I've received here. I highly recommend them to anyone! |

When my son was young, my dinnerware took a beating. I decided that since he is a fine young man now. It is time to get a new set. After looking and finding nothing I liked I decided to recomplete my existing corelle. I order the pieces on a Thursday night and was suprised when it showed up on tuesday morning. Easy tranaction, Carefull packing, and a refund for a piece that was damaged. HONEST BUSINESS ETHICS. |

Order and shipment of Temper-Ware by Lenox item
I was pleased to find a selection of a pottery line that had been discontinued many years ago in order to gift someone with pieces that had been broken so that she would have complete place settings for eights. I would recommend this company to others. There was quick turnaround and secure packing.
